(June 29, 2023, 12:12 pm)Rachel was wonderful and helpful. I loved her sense of humor. I went to the self-checkout because I thought I was more than capable but apparently not. 😂 She had to help me 3xs. I wish all Walmart employees were as awesome as Rachel.

Went back 3x for a replacement power cord for my laptop. Each time, I had a customer service employee helping out. Finally, we have the right one. ✅️
