One of the best places to live in Batesville!!! I know prices have gone up alot but well look around. The place was in need of updates and we finally got it. The apartments have new everything almost. I lived there for yrs, we know longer live there our family was way to big. It always has a clean pool! Hallways are always clean and it's sparkling when you move in.
This is probably the cheapest place you can rent in the area that is clean and safe. Some aspects of the apartment could use an update but everything is functional and the maintenance man is very nice.
We've been very happy here since moving in last October. The grounds and the apartments are well maintained and it is a safe and quiet environment.
