Ashley, what's the instructor that helped me? What's my stretches. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and explaining each step that she was doing. Explaining the stretches what parts that it would affect. And if my body needed more work you know the parts of my body. I would like for her to be my instructor every time I come to do my stretches. A wonderful job Ashley.

Marissa was kind and did a great job making me feel comfortable, checking in with me, and encouraging me along the way! Highly recommend.

Ashley is amazing! She is my gal at Stretch Lab St. John. She is very skilled, not only is she great at stretching her clients, but she has that additional knowledge and healing touch as a massage therapist. Great knowledge of the body and how to properly manipulate. Very caring and compassionate. I encourage people to sign up for a 3 month membership at stretch lab and experience Ashley!

Last Friday was my first experience at Stretchlab. My flexologist Marrissa was excellent. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and made special care to make sure I was comfortable throughout my experience. I had no idea how this type of treatment/therapy would actually benefit me. Due to my occupation I suffer from lack of mobility in my neck and constant soreness and pain. Just after one visit my mobility has been better and my pain has subsided. Marrissa was very professional, the facility was friendly and inviting. I will definitely be coming back for more visits with Marrissa! 😊

I have been going to StretchLab for over 8 months and I love it. I usually see Ashley and she does a fantastic job. I sit 10+ hours a day for work and have lower back pain, so the stretching is essential to a pain free life. Ashley is also a fun person. The staff and I always have a good laugh together. The time flies by and I enjoy coming!
