The owner was so kind! There was no pressure when I was just looking, and she remembered me when I came back later to purchase. They even accommodated my travel schedule for delivery. I’m pleased with the quality and value of my sofa. Friends had highly recommended Rock Bottom, and they lived up to the hype.

The customer service at RockBottom was exceptional. The owners (Kelly and Jenny) were so kind and willing to help with whatever we needed. A sectional we wanted had recently sold, and they were quick to explain the options and get it ordered! They answered all of our questions, and helped us measure to make sure it would fit in our living room. We can’t wait for our new sectional to come in! Thank you!!

The ladies at Rock Bottom are so helpful. We purchased a sofa and loveseat combo. They had a ton of selections and everything was reasonably priced. They had it delivered and set up the next day! Highly recommend!

Very quick n friendly experience I dealt with sylvia I never met her b4 she was very nice n informative n even let me lay in the bed with my shoes on (lol) she even gave me a pillow to try n was patient enough to let me lay there a few minutes to decide if I liked it or not.. For everything i purchased n what she included in the deal for no charge I was pleased with the price I paid I'm going to set the bed up and see how I feel after a week and I will go back and post on the board they have in there about the actual comfort of the mattress so based solely on my experience at the store and service and price I give them 5 stars..
