(July 21, 2020, 9:53 am)My stepson and I started going to Mengs of Greenwood. In December of 2019. My goal was to work on loosing weight and forming a bond between my self and my stepson thrue a joint activity. Sifu Shultz is very knowledgeable and has a great teaching style. If you are looking for a good workout, learning new skills in a matial arts format that has a deep root in history I highly recommend you give it a try.
