Tom was quick to help squeeze in fixing a light switch issue. He was very professional, quick, and explained the root cause. Most electricians were booked a month out, but this one light switch caused a whole section of my house/kitchen not to work and I didn’t want to wait that long. I appreciated his quick response!

Phase 1 came out to remove some 80s light fixtures and replace with flush mount can lights. They were reasonably priced, punctual and got the job done in the time they said it would take!

I used Phase 1 and please let me be honest.... I was very impressed with the attention too detail I received and last but not least the quality !!!!! Everything was perfect ! BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED DURING THIS RENOVATION , LET ME TELL YOU IT HAS BEEN SO STRESSFUL UNTIL TOM SHOWED UP !! I called 3 other companies and they all took me for a run-around , made things seem so much harder than it was , IM SO THANKFUL FOR TOM FOR MAKING THIS EASY. Had a mast damaged in a spring snow storm. Tom came over and assessed the damage the same day as the call. After a very competitive quote was given and the work was awarded, he pulled the necessary permit, schedule with Duke for the power shut off, and installed everything to code, all within a week of first contact. Great guy, great company and great service. I will be using Phase 1 Electric for all my necessary electrical needs in the foreseeable future.
