Promenade Apartments

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been wonderful. It’s a very safe complex and despite there being a high turnover rate with the property manager position, the other staff has stayed the same the entire time I’ve lived here. My only complaints would be that, my apartment flooded one time and I was forced to stay elsewhere for 3 days while my carpet was pulled up and dryers were blowing - and I think I was only given a $20 credit on my account for the inconvenience… I which covered the cost of absolutely nothing. Otherwise, it’s a great place and the neighbors here have become my friends. The office and maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly and have always taken care of any issue I’ve had. I’m sad to leave !

Beautiful apartments located in a quiet area. I love my studio. Staff is overall helpful and nice, however Serena at the front office is quite rude over the phone. Other than her, I've had pleasant experiences living here.

Promenade Apartments is a WONDERFUL place to live. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were in the process of building a home and needed somewhere to live for about 6 months. At the end of our stay, we almost didn't want to move!!! The pool is VERY NICE, the outdoor seating and grill area is AWESOME. Our neighbors were fantastic. I have lived in MANY apartments before this, and this truly was the BEST!!! We will miss all of you there!!!
