He knows what to adjust to get you back into form and educates his patients on exactly what he is doing and why this will help. Dr. Pala is fantastic! His method was a little confusing to me at first because you don't feel the large "crunch" that I've experienced at other chiropractors, but I I've come to realize that it's effective and sometimes less painful than the "other" method. Dr. Pala is gentle, kind, and very concerned for his patients overall well being. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pala is a friendly caring man here to help you feel better. He uses the Logan technique that doesn't involve cracking bones and my body responds to that the best. Try him sometime! I don't think you will be disappointed!

I had the most wonderful visit with Dr. Pala today I’ve been in the most excruciating back pain for the past few weeks with nothing giving me any kind of relief. And today I went in for the first time to have an adjustment and first of all , the doctors Bedside manner is so wonderful. He was kind and actually for once it was nice to see a doctor show some compassion and caring about how I was feeling. I left feeling so much better. I also loved how he explained what was going on with me and what he was doing to help. It wasn’t just a quick Crack pop and you’re out the door. I highly recommend him.
