That I can trust the mechanics to look at my vehicle and give me an honest and fare price for what needs done and talk to me about it prior to them doing the work needed. To me that is total respect for you as a customer and I treasure that there's still an honest place with that kind of service today! Thank you Schwartz Marathon and all who work there!
