We absolutely love our fireplace. I installed it entirely on my own. Whatever questions I had, a simple call Customer Service and they answered them. Their instruction were very detailed, making the installation straight forward.

We live in Central Florida, and it is hot six to seven months per year. But we are able to enjoy our fireplace every night since the electronic flames throw no heat. We can't wait till our winter temps drop enough to use the auxiliary heater.
