Not bad overall parking lot is a little small for being a busy place but they can’t really expand it much

Excellent experience!!! Celia saw my aunt (traveling from out of state, having issues while away from her own audiologist) on short notice, listened and cared about her problem and provided a plan going forward. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best in Plano!  Our family feels so grateful to have found this wonderful staff & clinic. If we could have given 10 out of 5 stars - we would. Dr. Celia McCormick is outstanding & excellent at her profession. She is a true professional, kind, helpful & extremely knowledgeable.  Wish we had found this office 15 years ago.  We will not go anywhere else. Office is beautiful, low key, easily accessible w/ lots of free parking. You will be glad you you went.

I've put off getting help for years and I'm not even sure why. I was treated with kindness and respect. My options were explained to me including the exact prices of each. Now I'm hearing EVERYTHING and I'm thrilled!
