It doesn’t matter what experience level you start at when you join this gym as they have modifications to challenge everyone. They also offer nutrition programs and custom workout plans to accomplish your goals. The community is incredibly supportive and they offer many class times throughout the day so you can find a class that works with your schedule. Check out this gym to change your life for the better!

Every workout has scalable options to meet you at whatever fitness level you're at, and will help you grow into whatever level athlete you want to be. Would recommend for anyone looking to join an empowering fitness/health community!

All of the athletes are helpful and welcoming. It is obvious the owner loves what he does by his interactions with us and the way he is constantly striving to be the best in all areas of coaching, goal setting, nutrition, cleanliness and so much more.They don't disappoint!
(September 22, 2020, 3:58 pm)Crossfit Metro East has been an essential part of my health and overall well being for the last 9 months. The staff is friendly, professional, encouraging and motivating! The classes are structured to where everyone of all skill levels can complete them, there’s always a scaling option! The coaches will get you to your goals and I couldn’t imagine being at any other gym! I love my CFME family!!!
(September 20, 2020, 7:44 pm)CFME is full of amazing. Amazing coaches, amazing members and an amazing experience every time I step into the gym. I was hesitant to join a CrossFit gym and was intimidated by what I though CrossFit was. The CFME family was welcoming and put all of my worries at ease. Over the passed two years they have helped me find a healthy lifestyle, stay healthy during a pregnancy and are guiding me down the path regain my strength after pregnancy.
The coaching staff are the utmost professional and are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all of its members. No matter your current fitness level the family like atmosphere makes you look forward to working out!
