Great staff from check in, to seeing the provider, to check out. I definitely would recommend Marla Smith.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve never gone to the Heartland Women’s Healthcare office in Waterloo, IL. However… I needed to be seen by the doctor and the Waterloo office was able to get me in quickly due to some medical concerns I was having. I was really having a bad day and Marla was very patient, kind and down to earth. I genuinely felt like Marla was concerned about me and she quickly took action. I will make it a point to see Marla for all my OBGYN needs in the future!

The staff were attentive, expedient, and very welcoming. I felt assured and educated about my health and that they really cared. I couldn’t have asked for a better Gynecologist visit.

Dr Stephanie Skelly is so personable and answered my questions very clearly. She is an excellent physician who truly cares about women’s health.

I have been doing my wellness checkups through HWH for several years. I had previously been going to the Marion office, and recently made the switch to the Waterloo facility. This facility as well as its staff were so kind, attentive, and helpful. I saw Marla, the NP in office and she helped calm my nerves and was so patient, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I am so glad that I made the switch!! This office is 10/10
