Sunset Ford of Waterloo Service

I thought I had an oil change on my last visit for a recall. I received a courtesy call from sunset informing me I needed the oil changed. I immediately drove to Sunset and inquired about the change. Lonnie informed me that I needed the oil change but they were busy. Dustin, a mechanic was standing behind the counter and overheard how upset I was. He offered to do the oil change for me. I only waited a short time before the work was done and Lonnie gave me a car wash and I was happily on my way. I sure appreciate Lonnie and Dustin.

Lonnie was my point person for having warranty work done on a lease plan vehicle. She went above and beyond in cutting through the the lease plan red tape to get the vehicle serviced asap! Lonnie was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in taking care of my needs.

This is the second time I have had my car get serviced from Sunset Ford in Waterloo. This time Mary Edwards was my point person. She is new, but a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get great service. I will definitely ask for Mary the next time I need to take my car there. Sunset needs more employees like Mary, that care about their customers. She told me she was new, but she is doing an excellent job!
