My coaching journey with Carol has been very valuable for me. I loved her self-discovery accelerator and how that newly realized knowledge of myself was used constructively in our following meetings. Carol has a gentle, yet stable way of holding space and I feel she uses a great balance of thinking and intuition. Her presence is welcoming and supportive. She allowed me to discover things on my own, and yet brought my attention to just where I needed to look. The work I did with Carol continues to integrate many months after, the discoveries keep coming after the explorations we did together.

Carol worked with myself and the executive leadership team at the small IT consulting firm I worked at (we've since been acquired, in a good way!).

Originally, Carol led our team as we were applying the EOS framework (Entrepreneurial Oprating System). She was not our original trainer, but became a huge supporter in helping us facilitate our quarterly leadership team reviews and goal setting sessions. Carol was the kind of coach and mentor that we needed at the time. She is candid, direct, and brings a ton of empathy into her approach. We not only got leadership advice on how to restructure our management teams to support sustainable growth, she gave us realistic and actionable guidance on how to lead our individual team members more effectively and create a culture based on trust and openness. One of th things we found most valuable was Carol's ability to wrangle us when we were off course, keep us focused and accountable, and challenged us when we were not making decisions that aligned with our values and goals.

We began to work with her more closely over time. A specific thing that she did was trained our entire people management team on recently was Ken Blanchard's SLII leadership approach and we still lean heavily on it today at the new company. He method of incorporating role play examples, exercises, reading, and collaborative learning really helped it "stick" and feel real. It made an immediate and last approach to how we lead, and I find myself evangelizing it to others on a weekly basis.

Personally, I also appreciated her 1:1 coaching of myself as an organizational leader and people manager as well. She was a superb accountability buddy, and "pulled no punches" when I was not making the right choices, without being a jerk about it :) I learned about my default leadership style (I am a "helper"), how to recognize when I was not being my best leadership self, and gave me the tools to get myself in a good headspace when I recognized issues.

I HIGHLY recommend working with Carol whether you're an individual looking for 1:1 coaching, or if your company is looking for leadership team coaching.

I met Carol through a contracting firm my company had been close to. She had done their leadership training. I was drowning, I had gone from a team of 7 to a team of over 100 in 2 very short years. My teams and I were working long hours with no end in sight. She helped me get everyone organized and understand their roles better. Helped me train my leaders who were new to leadership on how to respond to issues and manage problems. Once we were out of firefight mode, we have been working on establishing the team culture. Every single time we meet, she has an insight or suggestion that seems to help propel things forward. A good listener, and very insightful..Has been through the trenches. I would highly recommend.
