Awesome space and a safe environment to learn with an amazing teacher! Amanda is one of my favorites to learn from and I take her classes regularly because I always learn something new, I get challenged but I also feel safe when I don't feel as strong to do new things. She's always so helpful in guiding me and meeting me where I'm at!

I came from Huntington Beach to take a semiprivate spiral class with my friend. The hour and a half class was perfect when trading off with my friend. Amanda is an incredibly well versed teacher and makes the session progress seamlessly - i left feeling inspired, exhausted (in a great way) , and already planning my next trip back to learn from her again. If you’re thinking about training here, just do it! What an experience!

Loved my experience with the aerial corkscrew/spiral! My friend and I had a magical experience in our semi-private session with Amanda. She encouraged us to freeplay and explore the apparatus, and also have clear and easy to follow instructions/cues when she was teaching us tricks/flow. It was the perfect first experience on the spiral. I am in love!

    Amazing space, teacher, people!
I’ve started my aerial journey from absolute beginner, and so glad I found this space!

I love Amanda’s teaching techniques, she is very professional, with unique approach to every student. She goes above and beyond to really teach you, not only how to just repeat combo, but how to play, create, and KNOW your apparatus, become comfortable with it. You can see how she is genuinely happy watching her students progress, and this just makes this experience priceless.
I always feel safe and welcomed here. Warm, fun atmosphere, challenging and creative combos, variety of classes to try, unique aerial apparatuses, super cool conditioning class!

I’m extremely grateful for all the knowledge and experience!

I have been doing aerial arts for over 10 years on and off and have found Amanda to be a wonderful teacher! I thoroughly enjoy her class and the combos that she comes up with. Every time I take her class she gives a thorough warm up and allows us to take any extra time to warm up whatever else we feel is necessary before we work in the air.

During the height of the Covid pandemic, she was mindful about the CDC protocols, providing hand sanitizer to everyone in class, as well as making sure to wipe the apparatus down with alcohol between students. I appreciated her attention to this and felt safe enough to continue my aerial training, despite my nerves about Covid.

I highly recommend Amanda and her classes to anyone who is new to aerial or has taken aerial classes in the past and is looking to improve their skills!

I absolutely love this office! I was a patient of a Dr. who retired so I was on the search for a new office when I ended up at Lupardus office with his NP Larissa Jones....Best decision I could have made!!

I have had the best care at this office! They truly care! I recommend everyone I know, this office deserves 10 stars!

Excellent experiences. Courteous staff. Dr. takes time to answer question and explains what is going on. I have my children going there also (can't give a higher recommendation than that).
