I just want to say Elizabeth in the mundelein office is amazing. I originally called and was told I couldn’t get my insurance reinstated because it canceled. I spoke to a man who basically said he couldn’t help me find another company. I’ve been a customer for years and I was so upset on how I was treated. Called back and got Elizabeth. Not only did she help me with a new policy. She provided excellent service. She is the reason I will continue my business with Alamo. I give her 100 stars. With her concern and care she made my morning go so much better. Thank you Elizabeth.

I am so pleased with the service I am receiving from Ivette. She started our working relationship by saving me money on my business and business auto insurance. Every interaction I have had with her has been awesome. She does everything she says she is going to do not letting anything fall through the cracks and delivers in a timely manner. I can't wait for my WC renewal so I can switch that too.
