Warespace

WARESPACE has been the perfect solution for my photography business. I looked at quite a few commercial properties before finding this place. Everything else was too big, too expensive, and too boring. WARESPACE (formerly ROLLUP) offers a mix of affordable, reasonably sized spaces with a creative, warehouse-industrial atmosphere. Management has been ultra-friendly and responsive. A cool mix of businesses have been moving in—a personal trainer, a sign maker, a mortgage broker, a men's suit maker. Each unit has a rollup bay door, Internet and printing access, and communal use of kitchen and meeting space as well as the loading dock. I'm able to drive my truck straight into the building, which has been super convenient for loading and unloading gear. I highly recommend WARESPACE and suspect the remaining units won't last long.
