Lutheran Home

I came to the Lutheran Home after an orthopedic surgery. This surgery meant that I wouldn't be able to put any weight on this leg for 2 months. I found that the nursing staff was wonderful. Very kind and quick to answer the call button. John, who was my PT person was very good and really got me to a much stronger place. The food was good, and I like that there was variety. Most of all, I liked the fact that everyone was friendly and cheerful. Thank you Lutheran Home.

Regarding my rehab stay: the nursing staff was professional and caring. The CNA'sare attentive and supportive. Both physical and occupational therapy helped me to get strong enough to discharge home. They have a beautiful courtyard with flowers, trees, and a water feature. It was peaceful and a great place to take your visitors.

I have been here for about a month and a half doing rehab. The rehab program and facility here differentiate itself from the hospital. The physical and occupational therapist are great and available; they really keep up with you and track your progress. They gear the exercise to what you need. The food is excellent. The staff is top notch; nurses, nurses assistants, and therapists. I wouldn't be where I am without the Lutheran Home therapy program.
