Taylor the phone receptionist is very pleasant and patient. She has great customer service skills. Overall the staff does a great job of making sure the customer is satisfied. I've had several really good chocolate wax experiences with Airielle and I look forward to trying new staff as well.

It was imperative that I write a review to bring as many people possible to the locations (the estheticians travel between the locations which I love).
