Gabby and Andrew are absolute angels! After having my unit for 6 years at the oak lawn location, I drove up from Florida to empty my unit. I was very stressed and lost as to how I was going to cram everything in. Both Gabby and Andrew ease my stress, gave me amazing guidance, and we’re just genuinely hopeful. Words cannot express how truly grateful I am for them. Public storage, you have amazing employees in these 2!

My husband I rented a unit and the entire experience was easy and wonderful! The building was clean and beautiful. The manager Gabby was beyond super helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. We have very happy to know our belongings are in good hands.

I love the new place, plenty of storage space at reasonable prices and a variety of sizes to meet any customer’s needs. Ms. Letty greeted me at the door with a warm smile. I am happy I stopped; Ms. Letty was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. Ms. Letty physically showed me some units to make sure my needs were met. It is a plus to be able to go take care of business in a clean, respectable, pleasant atmosphere. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Helped my mother move in to a unit at this facility, The manager gabby was amazing and the facility is new so we hadn’t extensive choice to chose from. Couldn’t be any happier with my experience.
