Valentin was incredibly patient with a pretty demanding customer who was ahead of me but was able to remain professional and did his best to wait on me in a timely manner. I did really appreciate the speed in which he took to get me set up in the unit next to the one I was already renting since I really had to be somewhere in a hurry and the customer in front of me had taken up so much of his time already.
