By the time I met Dr. Sam Multack, I had already been diagnosed as having 'floaters' for several years, as well as the start of cataracts. He's always been friendly, truthful, straightforward, kind and a good listener. Eventually, I was diagnosed with glaucoma. He has encouraged me to work hard to follow the care plan needed so that I maintain good control of my glaucoma issues. My eye pressure is now under good control. He reviews the signs that I should watch for, even though it has been several years since the situation started (frankly, I appreciate the repetition).

I am aware that a few people I know (including a close relative) are his patients. Some have had surgery. All trust and respect him. Like myself, they are glad that he is their vision specialist.

The front office staff and technicians are good. When I had a very old cell phone with Little to no activated features, they tried diligently to reach me when an emergency kept Dr. Sam from seeing me. I could see that they were concerned about my time and not reaching me. I was glad to reschedule and thanked them for caring.
