This place is amazing. My washer broke suddenly and here I was at a laundromat for the first time in years. My first impression was that it was clean and not too busy, SCORE! As I was unloading the manager Matt greeted me and actually helped me unload my huge garbage bags of clothes! Another staff member, Rosie, helped me add money onto a laundry card at the machine because I was pretty clueless. I love that you don’t need cash or coins here but you can use them if you need to because all money is loaded onto a plastic card and then inserted into the machines. Everyone here is so friendly including the customers. Lastly, I literally forgot a whole load of laundry in a washer, came back today to get it and Rosie had actually laid it out on a rack for me so that it would air dry and not get all smelly!! The icing on the cake is that I came in today to do more washing and find out that dryers are free on Tuesdays! Come here if you need to wash. You won’t regret it.
