Chevrolet of Palatine

Recently bought car at Chevrolet of Palatine, and was very surprised at the treatment I received. Greeted at the door by Darius, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. After discussing the auto I had come to look at and possibly purchase, from the beginning I knew this would be different from all the other dealers I have visited in the past. Darius went totally out of his way to make me and my wife a very happy customer. After agreeing on my price, and not " forcing " us to buy options we didn't need or want, my wife and I walked out very happy with our purchase. Because of our situation at the time, Darius was kind enough to deliver my new car to my home. Darius and Chevrolet of Palatine has made a new friend and customer. I plan on returning to them next time I'm in the market for another car. Thank you Darius and Chevrolet of Palatine for making me a happy customer. 😊

It was a pleasure to have Carlos as our salesperson. He made sure to give us every information in regards of the car we were purchasing! We live an hour and so away and he made sure to communicate with us if the Vehicle was in a good conditions since the day we left with it! Just wanted to take minute to share about my experience with David at Chevy Palatine. The guy was nothing short of amazing. He was alone that night (he needs more help lol) and trying to navigate 3 groups at one time. He totally pulled it off! He was friendly, efficient, hard working, and still found time to crack a joke. He had a great fund of knowledge, had some great tips, that turned out to be super helpful and followed up with us the next day. We also got a great price on the car. We stopped by after going to another dealership where we did not get answers we wanted or any other clear options.
