Alex Chavez, Your Neighbor & Licensed Realtor

I came across Alex on a facebook community post from simply just asking a question. Alex did not hesitate to answer my question and right away gave me the feel that he knows what he is doing. He than spend 1 hour of his “free” time explaining everything to me not knowing if we will hire him. He came to our house when we decided to list our house for sale with him and spend another 2 hours of his time explaining everything and than having a good “friendly” conversation with us. Alex has been not only our realtor he became our friend at this point. He has been doing everything in his power to sell our house, he answers all our questions, he is quick to answer texts and phone calls, he does open houses (and not a lot of realtors do) . Alex does not give you the feeling “I’m only here for the money” he treats us like we are his friends and he wants the best for us, we appreciate everything he has done for us and would recommend him to everyone. After all we have so many friends who are realtors and we went with him instead. :)

ALEX was someone who was more than a realtor. Being a new widower he walked me through the process.
He went above and beyond . He dug right in and cleaned a deck that had been ignored and did some odds and end to.improve the property.
He was on target with showing the property and open houses.
I put the property up when the intrest rate went up and since my estate was still in probate decided to take if off for now..
He had no problem in understanding and his professionalism shined through.
He is a go getter with a infinite knowledge of real estate..
I would recommend Alex to sell a house above all the others out there. Honesty is hard to come by.
