(November 21, 2023, 11:26 am)This place is okay; the employees work very hard. I sometimes see only one person working since its very understaffed. However, the smoothie is not blended well and I can feel strings of fruit, popping boba and tapioca is not always fresh and sticky surfaces. Overall, pretty good place to get together with friends that like boba.
(August 7, 2023, 4:47 pm)They serve delicious bubble tea! With the long wait at times, it'd be nice if they played some music or something to fill the silence. Overall a good place!
It seems that the staff are on the younger side and lack customer service experience (only for some of them.I have come here before and have had great service from others)
