Evey is a great coach and I absolutely love her cooking programs. She provides great recipes for a weeks worth of meals. They don't have too many ingredients and are easy and straight forward to make. I have done several of her programs and use her recipes frequently. They have enabled me to eat a clean, anti-inflammatory diet.
