(November 14, 2023, 1:55 pm)Absolutely wonderful customer service! (Why are we going to big shops to get our vacuumes???) STOP come check them out before you buy a Miele! If you but from them they'll take good care of you. Support small business and but from someone who will appreciate you and your hard earned money. I came in with a problem with my vacuum that I didn't buy from them and they took excellent care of me. Please come see them! Make note they are moving 1040 Busse in Park Ridge!!
(October 19, 2023, 4:29 pm)Just had an amazing experience at Park Ridge Vacuum! They quickly helped me repair my Dyson stick and even made me laugh in the process. I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful repair shop! They also had many well priced vacuums for sale! I will be returning to purchase my next vacuum when the time comes!
