Great staff. The location is quiet but accessible to various points within Orange County. Decor is modern, clean, and in good condition. Property overall is well kept. Breakfast is pretty good. A hiccup with things not being ready on time one morning. (The coffee is excellent.) The 2 young men handling it while I was there had the personality of robots. Please teach them hospitality-smiles, greetings. Cons: minimum hot water in my room. It takes a long time to heat up shower and there is none in the kitchen. TV has issues. The cable goes in and out...not dependable. There should be a disposable sponge and small bottle of dishsoap in kitchen. (My experince in every Residence Inn I've stayed in.) Very, very stingy with dishwasher powder especially since dishwasher is barely cleaning dishes well ( after rinsing them off first). No ventilation in kitchen for any real cooking. (The fan above stove top blows air instead of sucking up cooking smoke.) Talk to your bar soap distributor. Found a big rusty needle in the new package when I opened.

The staff is very friendly, always a smiling face. A free breakfast buffet is available every morning which is really practical and has decent variety for a small establishment. Hotel provides a laundry service which is a bit expensive (9$) but practical. Only downside is that it is a bit far from businesses so when bus lines are not functional on weekends it gets a bit hard to move. The rooms were clean and everything you need is available inside it. Would recommend.

Checking in was easy and simple. Our room was a sight to behold! There was a pull out mattress for our child so made it really nice and convenient. There is breakfast available in the morning and don’t forget the pool!! The outside itself is is clean and appearance is good. Really glad we booked our stay here to attend a graduation.

This Residence Inn was ok. I would give it a 3.5 if half stars were available. On the plus side the staff was very nice, we were able to use the entire lobby, there was ample parking, and the rooms were clean. On the down side, the pool was freezing, there is nothing anywhere close or within walking distance for food options, and the only options for the bed type was one king.

Everything in the room was nice and new. The HVAC airflow was powerful, making it a bit noisy. There was no Iron or ironing board in the room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast had the expected hot meal staples: scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. Overall it was a nice experience.

Love Dr. Smith. Very knowledgeable and right to the point. Learned a lot from listening to him.

Very pleased w the clinic’s service. Doc explained options well and I’ll let you know in a couple weeks if we chose the right course. Nice guy.
NB — I can’t believe the COVID Lords still make these poor people—and patients—still wear those G-dam worthless masks. Unreal.

I was very pleased with the helpful assistance of everyone in the office from the front desk to the doctor. Dr. Smith took the time to explain everything to me and the treatment options that were available for my condition making sure that I understood the situation.

Dr. Smith is very kind and friendly and listens to my foot issues very thoughtfully and carefully to come up with individualized and cutting edge treatments for my plantar fasciitis. Everyone at the office is very helpful and nice and I can always get an appointment very quickly (with none of the long wait times I experienced at my previous podiatrist). Highly recommend.
