I made the mistake of trying to get parts from O'Reilly and Advanced Auto , first, as they were closer to me. What a bunch of clowns at Advanced. Napa is reliable and I recognized the employee who assisted me from at least 3 years ago. Great to see they retain employees who understand the auto part business and are friendly to the customer. Thank you! I will think twice before wasting time with the amateurs next time.
As someone who uses them every week, they are awesome. Quality of parts is exceptional, pricing is very competitive, service and delivery are excellent.
