Super friendly, zero snags... and HE called ME before I could call to confirm the pick up. He even offered to come get me from the airport! The poor reviews on other sites about this Budget location are super old -- they did a great job putting Bill in charge! I will rent from this location every single time the need arises. Keep up the great work!
