O'Reilly Auto Parts

I love just about everyone's customer service. Except one woman. I noticed that she has favorite people that she's really good with. But, once I come in & she tries to help. She's snappy & is very cold with me. I don't get it. I've been a long time customer of O'Reilly. I visit this store for a few things here and there. But, I mostly visit the one on Harlem & Ogden. They always treat me well.

Santiago helped me change out my battery in my truck. He did most of the work since I don’t know much about vehicles. If you see this dude, thanks again, you’re awesome and keep working towards your goals man.

The only thing I went in for that day was an air freshener, which they didn't have a big selection of. But other than that the employees were nice.

Went to oreillys earlier today bought some good ol wipers I needed also some rear brakes with pads from purchasing to installing, Abraham helped me a lot with deciding which brakes to get as well as what decent wipers they had since I didn’t want to spend that much on wipers he did help me install my wipers since my dummy self didn’t know how to put them on (First timer problems) overall store looked great and the staff is very aware of everything going on in store awesome place to shop at
