(October 25, 2014, 9:04 am)I had an issue with my car, one night after a concert. I found a scratch on the passenger door. I spoke to a manager, Kevin Pizano. He was great. Very attentive and professional.
He showed me the ticket where the valet attendant had written down all the imperfections that my car already had BEFORE I handled the car over to them, and he was right. That scratch was done elsewhere. I was very grateful that he handled this personally and dealt with me, instead of just ignoring me.
