Mr.Vosholler was, simply put, Amazing!
I received MUCH more than I was charged. He He was worth 3-4 times what he offered to do the work for.
Once I had an offer on my property, Mr. Vosholler took over and made the deal happen. Several times during the negotiations, I was expecting to start over with another buyer, but Mr. Vosholler found an alternative that was acceptable to everyone.
I lived out of state so there were difficulties that others would not have. Mr. Vosholler worked around the issues.
