Tacos Colima Taco Truck

Time to restock after the holidays! Wow!! And I didn’t get everything i needed as they were out of so much!! Love Cosmoprof!

First thing I noticed was the Chicharrones on the menu. Then I noticed how large the menu was, tons of different meat for a truck. Grabbed some Asada, Adobada, Carnitas, Chorizo, Buche and Chicharrones. As well as grilled Jalapeño and onions.
The Chicharrones were the first to go. Great red chili sauce on those and it was juicy and fatty, done exactly like I like it. Only place in the valley that I've found so far that has this. Asada was good, better than most places, carnitas was also very good. The Buche was cooked well, but bland. The chorizo was also a bit different, not hot spicy, but too much of sone spices that basically over powered the pork flavor. But even without a strong Chorizo, this truck is a 5 star for sure. Great prices, 2 tortillas per taco, good red and green salsa. Loved it.

It was my first time experiencing street tacos from a taco truck and I'm wowed by this place. Each taco is $1.50. Since I've been wanting to try street tacos in a long time, I didn't know what to get so I ask the guy to give me a variety of meat. And every single meat was so good. I also love how there not much fillers and more on meat so it's worth it. After I finished my food. I ordered 20 more pieces to take home and have my friend to try it. The tacos were really good. Ooohh, I also had their horchata ($2.50 for medium size, $3 for large) and that was good. The only thing I didn't like is their flan ($2 for a cup). I am a huge fan of flan and what I tasted was like an flan colored jello, it didn't even tasted like egg or milk at all, I had a bite and that was it. Overall the food is good. Can't wait to try their other food

I always see this place really busy, so I had to see what the hype was all about. Very good food and great prices. Short wait time, even with a long line. Definetly worth stopping by and trying!

This cosmoProf always has great service. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly hello. If you need any help or questions they are great at guiding you. The manager is very friendly and great at knowing the store and the products. If the shelves are bare it's not the managers fault. If you don't see what you are looking for they can direct you to another product to get you by until what you want comes in.
