Dr. Jones and his team are truly the most kind, patient and thorough practice I have been to in all my life, and I've been to all kinds. He takes the time to listen to everything you're saying and look at you as a whole. They have always been prompt and transparent with all my care. Seriously recommend them to the most fragile of patients, I am one!

I've read several of the reviews here and can only share my personal experience. Not discounting the issues others had, just sharing that my experience was great. I was only billed for what my insurance would not cover and the prices for x-rays seemed on par with todays medical charges. The receptionist was kind and courteous, it was easy to make an appointment and did not take very long to get in. The PA who took me to the exam room asked very pertinent questions regarding my general health and the issue I was having with my foot. They took X-Rays and then I saw the physician. Jenna Mackay, D.P.M. was very polite and caring. Took her time with me and made a careful examination of the X-Rays and my foot. Her diagnosis was a conservative approach and she provided me with a shoe insert and gelled toe sleeve for my affected toes. She also prescribed 7 day dose of medication. 6 weeks later my foot was much better. I walked in the first appointment limping from the pain, and walked out after the second visit with explicit instructions for ongoing care of my foot. I was very pleased with the care I received at Idaho Foot & Ankle Associates.

Dr Jones was fantastic! He listened to my problem and explained my options (something st Luke’s did NOT do). I needed surgery and it was easy. The facility was fantastic - not a stuffy hospital. I felt taken care of 100% of the time. Instructions were clear and every person I interacted with listened to my questions. Follow-up appointments were thorough and addressed my concerns. I followed instructions and my healing is ahead of schedule. I can walk again without pain thanks to Dr Jones! I’ve been billed exactly what I expected - no issues. If I ever have any future issues, I will skip the joke of ortho at st lukes and come straight here.
