This is a great place for a structured workout with a professional trainer.

It is the best thing I do for myself. I am training right now to walk the last section of the Camino to Santiago. That would not be possible without the strength training and extra push I get from Super Strong each week. This is a great protocol for anybody no matter your current physical fitness level. I did this exercise through my entire pregnancy and it was the best, safest thing I could do for my body. I have seen people from 14 to 90+ years old in there and would recommend it to anyone looking to gain real strength.
