I could not be happier with Allstate! I had a major fire in my home and spent six months getting it repaired. Allstate paid all expenses without compliant or question. Really great people. They not only responded immediately to my questions and needs they continually checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. In addition, I always got real people when I called. I do not believe I ever got a machine in six months or working with Allstate. To make this story even more incredible; I had only been an Allstate customer for a few months before the fire.
In a day and age when it is tempting to believe customer service and standing behind your product is a thing of the past, Allstate is the exception to the rule.
