Cory and John were very quick and accepting of my work schedule to make sure my water heater got fixed. They also explained how it works and any questions I had they knew the answers. Recommend to anyone needing help with plumbing.

Great staff, great job as for now. Work was finished on Thursday last week, (descaling, religining, coating...big project) and so far no issues. Didn't rate 5 due to some minor miscommunication that affected my schedule but overall, I recommend it. Price is ok, about same as the competitor (I guess being on a island not much choice left, all very expensive). I chose to work with Calvin because he sounded more professional than the others that we quote.

Robert was neat and clean cut. He spoke well and understandable. He had his clean uniform on. He researched the issues and was very thorough. He explained clearly the problem and gave clear concise options. The office was welcoming and friendly. Great experience

Excellent experience! We called several companies for an emergency repair but only Emergency Plumbing could come same day. We had a large leak and Rob worked hard to fix it. He did a great job. Also, he is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall, I would recommend this company 100%!

They arrived within a few hours of calling for a leak on the water heater at our rental property. The dispatcher was informative and understanding that we live out of state and reassured us that they would keep us informed through the whole process. The service technician they sent was Robert G. and he was amazing at keeping me informed on what was wrong and what needed to be done to replace our water heater. To my surprise he removed and replaced the water heater that day and stayed late to make sure the job was completed 100%.
