Very professional and excellent customer service. Came in for what I thought was a big issue and Ms. Carly corrected it and fixed everything. Her work was perfection. Her and the other gentleman working had some of, if not the best, customer service I've experienced since being in Honolulu.

Carly was awesome! She straight up did what was said. The staff were professional the whole I was there. Highly recommended.

I bought a few used iPhones here, and almost all of them have had issues, but at least they’ve fixed them. I recently bought a used iPhone X, and after a week the battery was dying, battery health was it 80%, so I brought it back and they swapped it out for a new one, which is awesome.

But it kind of makes me think, should they have done that before they sold it? I only had the phone on for a week, I even didn’t have a Sim card in it yet, and the thing wouldn’t stay powered on for over a day.

When I asked the guy, he said they only get them from a third -party vendor, which makes me think less of them. I thought they refurbished them themselves, not bought “refurbished” ones from a vendor. But at least they took care of me, free of charge, despite me having to drive back-and-forth to get it all taken care of of.

All I can recommend to them is, double check the phones you are selling, before you sell them. At least just leave them turned on, connected to Wi-Fi, and see how long they last.

I went to TCA Wireless inside Don Quixote in Pearl City. The person who worked on my work phone did an amazing job since my phone wasn't the IPhone or Samsung type. It's a REVVL4 by T-Mobile/Sprint. It was an awesome and outstanding work. I highly recommend the place.
