(September 20, 2021, 1:17 pm)We go to Genki a lot. But unfortunately the customer service here in Kapolei was not the best. It felt like we were bothering some of the employees to ask for chop sticks or napkins. The food was delicious which was their saving grace. We will be back and hopefully people are in a better mood.
(September 9, 2021, 9:43 pm)Haven't been here recently but I did eat here some years ago and even then the food was great, service alright, and it was extremely peaceful. Super quiet.
(June 15, 2021, 3:31 am)We had 15 parties in front of us in line, and the staff was still able to fit us in WITHIN AN HOUR!! The customer service here is OFF THE CHARTS. The staff is so kind and accommodating, and you will 100% leave happy. The food is amazing and reaches the table so so quickly, and the train is an absolute delight. If I could give this place a billion stars, I would. If you are having a bad day, come to this place and it will make you happy. :) Shout out Hilari for literally being the best server ever
