I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. I went to the enterprise in eastland square and Eric helped me every step of the way. He went above and beyond to help me get into a car of my choosing . He is very professional and in tune with his customers . He is an amazing person in my opinion . I recommend that you speak with Eric when you arrive. You won't regret it. Marly, Anna and Eric were all excellent to work with for reservations, rental pick up, and following up after drop off. They stayed late, well after closing hours, on a Friday evening to meet us after our delayed flight finally arrived. They called to advise where to meet Eric just outside the terminal where they prepositioned our rental so we didn't have to be shuttled to their offsite office. Eric advised where the key drop and return parking location was at the airport so we also didn't have to use shuttle for returning our car. Marly called to confirm final processing and email of our final rental receipt amount. Excellent customer service providers!!!
