My maintenance guy (I live at 57289 Cypress) is awesome! Helps me out whenever I have a question, is so nice and easy to work with when something is wrong in my home. I would recommend him to friends if he didn't already have a job! :-)

I have lived in Washington Twp Redwood apartments for over four years. Like any company, they have their pluses and minuses. What makes me stay? The maintenance folks! I have had excellent maintenance service over the four years. They are the only reason I continue to renew my lease. These guys are quick to answer, polite, and genuinely care if you need anything. Most recently, I have been working with Jared. What a fantastic employee, and as a manager, I would be excited to have him on my team. He is personable, has great work ethic, and doesn't make you (me as a single parent) feel inadequate for the stuff you need help with. As simple as helping me program my garage to complicated plumbing issues. All resolved quickly and professionally. Jared is a rockstar!
