Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Love Enterprise. The assistant manager was so helpful in getting me out of a smaller car into a suv after I had a knee replacement. Everyone there was great!

The employees are personable and professional and the service is good. Most of the vehicles I've rented recently have been acceptable. Some of the others could've been better prepared or retired from the fleet, altogether. Kudos to Rico who is particularly thorough and follows the company's procedures and protocols, when issuing rental vehicles. He's definitely a 5 star employee.

I've used rentals from this Griffin location for a few years. This last time was great starting with the initial pick-up. Jamiya, the rep who set me up, was very friendly & professional. With her friendly personality, it got the rental off with a good start. And the car we got was a Subaru, a car I've been wanting to test drive. We had it for a week and nothing has changed my mind about wanting one. I will definitely use this location again.
