When I pulled up, and I was # 6 in line, I thought that it was going to a long day. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

The line moved quickly, and in no time, I talked to a very nice service rep named Melanie. My need was quickly assessed and invited to get a coffee and have a seat in the lounge.

Less than an hour later, I was paying my bill and driving out with my oil changed having been completed.

An overall great experience!
