The caucasian lady with the small mouth at the counter has no proper customer service skills. why should i have to walk in and say hello how are you first if im the customer…. doesn’t use manners when someone’s say thanks. i usually don’t have this problem from other employees.

I was gonna complain because it was taking a long time, but baby when I tell you the food looks just like the ads and tastes just as good. Totally worth the wait. And the young lady at the window was so respectful.

The experience I have here is always exceptional and this time did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and serve with a smile going out of their way to provide a great experience. The food was delicious. I will always come here!

We came in on a Saturday night for a quick ice cream date with the family. Dallas was the gentleman that helped us at the counter and I must say, his friendly service was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. He even offered to make our milkshake right before we left so it would still be good when we brought it home to our four year old. Thank you Dallas for taking such great care of our family!! Give this man a raise! 😊
