Warrior Martial Arts & Fitness

My son has been at Warr;or for about a year now and we all love it! They push him in the best ways and he has found a love for fitness and taking care of his body. He enjoys his time at the Dojo so much that he chose to invite his friends and family to his birthday party there. Everyone was able to participate in some of the activities that make him so happy! They had an obstacle course, they practiced kicking and punching, and ate pizza and cake. The kids were engaged and the staff did an amazing job making sure everyone felt welcomed. Everything was taken care of by the Dojo. The only thing we had to provide was the cake. It was a great party at a great rate!

We love Warrior! Such a great experience for my ADHD son! Positive environment with life skills while learning and getting fit! Great role models and Christian based, accountability and lots of fun! I really don't know why we didn't do this sooner is my only regret!

My daughter has been attending classes at Warrior for 3 months now, and is thoroughly enjoying it. Sansei Lauren is great with the kids, and a great communicator in general. The whole staff and other families have been very welcoming and helpful.

Sensei Lauren has trained... no.. inspired my daughter and son for about five years...Over half their lives. The lessons and the confidence they have gained from her are immeasurable and I'm not even speaking about the physical part of martial arts. They are both incredibly fit and capable...thank you Lord. However, I am still amazed at their ability to accept, include and welcome new people, adults and children alike, into their hearts. Lauren has played a big part in this. She is truly an asset to anyone wanting the best for their children!

Warrior martial arts is a great place 2 train. We started with the our boys first, sensei Lauren is great with the kids. They have gotten more respectful , and more confident. Next the wife and i started training. My confidence , mind set, ,and physical condition have all improved. Thanks Sensei for everything.
