Beyond Dance & Aerial

My friends and I had our first REAL pole and trick class tonight. It was absolutely great. DJ and Lauren brought a great vibe to our experience and the environment is very beautiful. The studio was very clean, we were given alcohol and rags to wipe our poles as needed and offered as much grip as we needed. We were properly stretched and conditioned before, which was a GREAT workout. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pole home. We will be back!

Finishing my first month at Beyond and I am IN LOVE! The studio is beautiful, and DJ is an amazing instructor! As a complete newbie to pole fitness, I feel like I've learned SO much in just a few classes. I get a FULL BODY workout every class! Her pole classes are fun, challenging, and rewarding. The atmosphere is comfortable, non-judgemental, and encouraging! Women of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds coming together to get in touch with their sensual side! I'm also a huge fan of her ChairEsque classes...the choreography each week is HOT and fun! If you've ever wanted to try pole fitness/classes... SIGN UP! You won't regret it!

The first night of class. I had the best time. butt and mussels hurt now, but you feel so great after class. I would recommend this to anyone. It is low impact with a lot of upper body strength.
