Piedmont Urgent Care

I was very pleased with this location. Their “Book Ahead” option worked perfectly. I was able to complete all registration paperwork online. I walked in and was taken back in just minutes. The staff was very professional and efficient. I went to urgent care because of having accidentally stepped on broken glass with a bare foot. The provider was very thorough and did excellent work removing the glass from my foot. Antibiotics were prescribed to prevent infection. I was able to fill the prescription right in the office, which saved SO much time! All in all. I was very impressed and will definitely remember this office should I need urgent care again.

It was our first time and was a great experience! My daughter said we had to go back again when sick or hurt b/c she said the Dr. was super sweet and patient with her. We went to get an earring that was stuck in her earlobe and she was so nervous but she was put at ease there and everyone we encountered was super nice.

The staff were all very nice and professional. The only complaint would be the wait and that wasn't to bad. But overall they were very nice and helped me. It was also great being able to get the medicine I needed there and not having to spend a fortune at the pharmacy since I'm uninsured. I would go back again.

Very satisfied with the appointment availability, the quickness of getting checked in, triage, and seen. The staff and Dr I saw were all kind and thorough! Highly recommend. And that's coming from someone who does not care for urgent cares, but this has changed my opinion.

I made appointment and went in the Dallas location last night for my appointment. I went in for a sick visit. I was helped back and in a room very quickly. I saw Dr. Roswell, NP she was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff in the office was nice. I picked this location due to the great ratings and I wasn’t disappointed. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
